At Vostok-2, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy below, aligned with Printify’s guidelines.
Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your support email]. Be sure to include:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos showing the problem (e.g., damaged area, incorrect item).
Once verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
Returns
As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Products are damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item sent due to a fulfillment error.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
- Changes of mind after the order is placed.
